  • Is execution of strategy within leadership control? Not without this powerful approach researched by the 3 amigos. This body of work is right on the mark and cuts through all the noise leaders and team members face in the “whirlwind”.

It is one thing to execute and accomplish things personally each day, it is an entirely different and incredibly more difficult to build and organization that can execute the chosen strategy.

This simple, but powerful approach is a huge lift to anything going on currently in an organization and to anything anticipated.
