  • An excellent overiew of the main 4DX principles. The video also is a fine example of how a training video should be.

The book is truly important. I always believed in focusing on a few strategic objectives/WIGs but, firstly, did not realise how few these should be namely not more on two at a time. Secondly, I did not realise how important a week is as a lead planning and execution span. Thirdly, a workshop only achieves understanding but rarely changes behaviour. It should be followed with lots of coaching on how to execute and this coaching should take place at all levels.

The 4DX approach is extremely important and this book fills a huge void in the business book market with its focus on execution. Buy it.
